The "California Kid" Prowler that was built for the 2003 SEMA show made an appearance at the 2004 Grand National Roadster Show last month. The Prowler was built as a "replica" of the original "California Kid" car built by Peter Chapouris of SoCal Speed Shop. The Prowler was included in the SoCal Speed Shop exhibit, which included the Prowler, the original California Kid and another SoCal Roadster. In addition, SoCal had some photos taken of the three cars together.........thought you might enjoy seeing them. The "California Kid" Prowler (also known as the Nightstalker) will be joining us at the Texas Stampede event this year!!! |

Looks like the evolution of the species when you see them lined up like that. Thanks for posting these CJ. If you have them in a higher resolution, would you mind mailing me a copy? Thanks, ------------------ |

Thanks for the pics CJ! The flames are perfect. Was wondering if there were any noteworthy mods that caught your eye above and beyond what we've seen. Thanks Jeff |

Way cool ! I have always loved the Calif. Kid. But I must admit I liked it better with the steel wheels that it wore in the movie. |

Awesome photos CJ!!! I wish every one of your photos was a 16 x 20 poster in my house! Are there any high res photos of those cars grouped like that? |
