Just wondering, I rarely ever see a post on an INCA GOLD Prowler, are they less popular than the other colors? I'm not referring to selling one but rather any of the owners showing one off or talking about it. |

ET, you may have a point. Even at events, it is rare to see a gold, even though lots have sold. However, there are lots of Candy Reds at events even though only 300 produced. Things that make you go "hmmmmmmmm" This message has been edited by Wayne Finch on 12-18-2003 at 03:13 PM |

Wayne--there can't be lots of Candy's if they only made 301 There are 616 Inca Golds, or double the Candy's. I love yours Moparmania very nice job. There are more blacks then purple and yellows but i seem to see them more, so who knows? I think there was only one maybe two golds at the Niagara fall event in June. Good question ET i don't know the answer. ------------------ |

Tennessee was a good example. Ballpark 100 cars showed up. Straight math assuming all show up in same proportion would mean there should only be 3 red ones, when in fact I believe there was 7 or so. I think there was only 2 gold when there should be 6. Should be only 1 or 2 Woodwards and Black Ties. I think there was about 5 Woodwards (mine was at home) and I think? Mike (DQMAN) was the only Black Tie Interesting but totally useless factoids |

Wayne you are right on the money. I have often wondered after attending events why quite a few Woodwards always seem to show up, but very few if any Black Ties. Maybe it's because the Prowler colors are a reflection of the owners personality and therefore the likelihood of them getting either more or less involved in attending events etc. I know every owner that has these colors (that don't often attend) would fall into that category, but possibly the majority would. Just an idea. |

Rich, well I guess with 3 cars, my personality is screwed up - then again, a black, a red, and a combo of both isn't too messed up. Boy, Mike's in real trouble |

I nearly ended up with one of those beautiful gold Prowlers. However, the dealer and I couldn't reach an agreement on price. So I found a new blue at another dealer and made a deal. But I don't care what color they are. I like em ALL. Al ------------------ |

Hi to all, I own a Gold Prowler and my wife owns a Candy Apple Red. The gold gets more attention going down the road, the candy apple gets more attention when we are parked. So we have the best of both worlds. Both cars are 2002, we purchased them right at two years ago. We paid $47,500 for the gold and $47,000 for the candy apple. I know some have gotten them for less money than we paid but I am not unhappy with what we paid because we love them both. Bill in Oregon |

I must tell you, Orange was my 1st choice, followed by Candy, then Gold. I saw a Candy at the Minneapolis Auto Show in March, 2002 and while it was nice, it didn't knock my socks off. I looked at an Orange shortly thereafter, but the dealer (from Wisconsin) was fairly unrealistic with his price expectations (I believe he STILL has it!) I located the Gold through my local dealer sight-unseen. The deal was fabulous, and when I finally saw the vehicle in person, I knew I made the right choice. I LOVE the color...the black trim (yes, I still have my bumpers) seems to contrast the gold just right. But let me echo, ALL the colors are awesome. Larry, say what you want about the Bengals and Cardinals, but the Lions would snatch them up and swallow them whole in a contest to see who is the crappiest team in the history of. This message has been edited by MIKE GATLIN on 12-19-2003 at 06:46 AM |

MikeG - No Way! The history books show the Cards as the worst team in NFL history,,,,,and don't even try to take that away from them. The Loins' are a Detroit product,,,the Cards were in Chicago, St. Louis, now Phoenix, and someday will be in another city. Good riddance! BTW - the Loins have 4 WINS this season! The Cards are stopping at 3,,,,,,a typical season!

The Bengals are not old enough to have the most losses but they have to be right there for the past 13 years in number of losses. They have 8 wins this year and are actually selling playoff tickets, in fact they may be sold out of Playoff tickets. |

Ya but we still have 2 games to claw our way to the bottom. Around here we need 2 favorite teams, a regular season team (the Lions) then another team for playoffs. Now I do wish I had tickets for the Rose Bowl! |
