I finished my scrapbook of pictures of the time we spent with John Davies, Patty Cardwell and Marc Scarbeary who drove in from California and Colorado to attend the SEMA show and spend some time with us. I was able to shoot some great photos of the cats! Hope you enjoy the photos......... |

Awesome pictures CJ. You need to give JD lessons on how to take pictures of his Cat. Your pictures really show off the paint extremely well. |

Great Pics, Red Rock Canyon and the Valley of Fire are always a great drive. And the CARP! when we stopped we dumped bags of popcorn and it looked like we could walk across them. |

CJ Those are great pictures! But I still can't believe how the paint looks in person and in the sun. It's unbelievable. Everytime we stopped I'd see another color or highlight in the paint. With all of the compound curves on our cars the Prowler really was made for this paint. Cliff, wish you guys could have made it. Bob, CJ was trying to hand feed the carp, and we were worried what would happen if one latched onto her fingers. MeanGene, great company? The best! We really did have a good time, to short but worth every mile. ------------------ |

Hey JD, That might be a great look for the Raider helmets. Chucks been away ,that's why you havn't gotten the buisness from last Sunday. He will say that the Jets won because he WASN'T there. Are the Raiders ever coming to play us back here? No playoff meeting this year. ------------------ |

Hi Tom, I don't think it matters what color the Helmets are the way they are playing. No playoffs is right. |

Thank Marc! I too wish we could have been there. I felt really bad because I have been pushing SEMA for the last few years and this year there was a great turn out. I finally came to grips with the fact that even if Gina had worked AAPEX, I still couldn't have made it. We are working on a site change and I was needed in meetings that week Oh well - I can only hope for next year. ------------------ |

Dan, Good observation, I hadn't thought of that. Only it was by another 20-30 feet. We took so many pictures just hoping that some would truly show the paint on John's car. While some of the pictures show it really well they are no comparison to what it looks like in person. WOW! ------------------ |

Thanks all for the compliments on the pictures. As Marc said, we shot a lot of pictures trying to capture the truly beautiful paint on John's car. I think I succeeded in a great many of the pictures. Coming from you, Dan the Cameraman, I consider your comments a high compliment. Thanks! You can rib John all you want, but he gets high marks for being such a good sport!! Sometimes its better to be "class" than "fast"! |

CJ you're right, the pictures you took show the paint even better than those of the Ram truck by a professional photographer in the Mopar magazine. And as far as JD being a good sport you said it! Man, we were having such a great time I'd like to think it didn't matter who was fastest. But of course it's got to come down to something and with JD and good friends you can be assured it's more about the frienships and memories than a title. And that day was about making some good memories and enjoying each others company. Thanks Bob, CJ, John, Patty, Steve and Sandy. ------------------ |
