I can't compare for you but the one I have is part #C15682GK. Its grey. I'm very happy with it. Was recommended by my cousin, who worked for APC (Automotive Performance Center) at the time. Mine was their first to make. They had to get dimensions for the Prowler to custom make it to fit. I have since bought another from them. He and his dad have collected many cars. I'm in Texas and my garage is not climate controlled. If you ask them about this one I'd be interested which they say it is. (I think the G in the part # is for grey. I believe it also came in blue.) It looks like the OEM cover without the logo and the tag window. I'm not sure but I think it is an indoor/outdoor cover.
