After more than a year of working with DaimlerChrysler, the Prowler Owners Association has been granted a limited use Licensing Agreement for the purpose of producing and selling Prowler apparel and merchandise. The profits from this merchandise will be used to help pay for the site maintenance and related costs. We hope that in the near future, some of these monies can be used for helping to support some of our larger events and perhaps even some charity donations on behalf of the POA.

A volunteer team of Prowler owners has been working diligently for several months to develop the ideas and changes to the website that we will need for “opening” our Prowler store. We still have work to do, but hope to have everything up and running sometime this Fall.

The licensing agreement that has been granted to us by DaimlerChrysler states very stringent guidelines that we must follow with regard to the use of DaimlerChrysler’s trademarks. These include the wordmark (Prowler), the cat design,the vehicle design, and the vehicle trailer design. Anyone that is using any of the copyrighted trademarks for items that they are advertising and selling on the website MUST have a licensing agreement with DaimlerChrysler.

We would like to begin compiling a list of licensed vendors for the website. Please contact us at thepoastore@prowleronline.com to place your name on this list. If you are selling trademarked merchandise and are not licensed by DaimlerChrysler, we would like to talk with you in regard to becoming a designated vendor under the POA/DaimlerChrysler licensing agreement issued to the Prowler Owners Association.

We are eagerly looking forward to offering the club members, their families and friends the opportunity to purchase DaimlerChrysler/Prowler trademarked apparel and merchandise through the new Prowler store.
