I am posting this in General Discussion for those that rarely/never check the events section. If you plan to attend the Prowlin' the Smokies Event - please DO NOT WAIT to reserve your room. This area of Tennessee is very popular and our contract call for us to release the rooms unbooked 30 days prior to the event - so you only have a week and a half to be sure you can get a room. After that, rooms go back into their general reservation pool. ------------------  |

Our two guests have had to cancel going and I have a second room booked for them which I can hold up until 72 hours before checkin. If someone wants this room let me know and I'll get it transfered over to you. I have a seperate confirmation number for it so that should be easy enough. ------------------ |

DQ, you got it! Sent you a reply tonight. Will talk to you after talking to the hotel.. Marty, no Debe won't take the car if she has to drive alone so it will stay at home.. We'll leave the "Show" and just take the "go"...

Mike, if you are on here today before 3:30 pm central time, contact me at cell # 281-924-9599 or the office at 713-831-2015. I talked to the hotel this morning and they just need you to call with your credit card number and my confirmation number. I'll give you that number when I hear from you. I'M running late again I just booked thank for the reminder I still got in.I'll be leaving mich at 6:45 AM MONDAY taking 75 south all the way at 80 mph if you can figure this out to where you live you can run out to the road just in time to wave when I go by. |
