Made it over here safely. currently im in the North West section of Japan called Akita. With the lady and her family. Things are going well.

Lets see so far I only seen like 10 non Japanese cars.
The likes of a few Beemers, audis etc.

Ford, chrysler seem　more like status symbols than cars people like to buy. The one thing is to take all the subcompact cars in america. make them　skinnier and there you have most of the cars on the road.

It amazes me how different cars are over here.
There are Toyota and honda but the models differ a bit.
THe market likes there cars small and compact.

I have a few picture of tehe prowler and people are like
Suygooii or Wow really nice.

We think that a v6 is small I thinking alot of these cars are v3s.

The weather is great and I love　being　ｈｅｒｅ　Ｔｈｅpeople　are very kind and tipping is not needed.

Imagine a Prowler in Japan? Are there any Prowler in Japan... I'm sure there are a few?

Just got back from Sapporo. Really nice!
Yes the Akita dog is from Keikos hometown here in Akita.
There is alot of rice fields here.

I was in Okinawa last year really nice place. It amazing how different each area actually is even though its the same country.

My Japanese has been strugling. I like to talk alot but here im kind of quiet. Guess I gotta get back to the books. I took some picts and can post when I get back to the states.

Acutally last year I spotted a yellow Prowler in Tokyo in the Shibuya area. Talking about cool!!

Glad you are enjoying your time there & I hope all is going well with your "visit". If your Japanese does continue to get a little rusty... Just remember one word Saki!!! It is sure to get everyone talking the same language. Can't wait to see the pictures & listen to your stories! Have a great trip & safe return.

You know... Now that you mention it... I could have sworn I saw a red Kat with "TreyB" on the plates driving through Times Square in the rain the other day...

Bikes! Bikes! Bikes! Everyone has a bike and you can park it on the side walk and not get it stolen. This is a normal city street downtown Sapporo!
