Many Prowler owners have expressed that DaimlerChrysler doesn't support owners. I just wanted to remind everyone that they are supported, just not in a typical manner. The offer of a "Friends & Family" certificate good toward the purchase or lease of most Chrysler Group vehicles (including Chrysler Prowlers) at 1% below dealer invoice plus a $25 administration fee is available from CJ. All consumer incentives on the selected vehicle apply. Almost 60 owners have taken advantage of this offer. Sirius Satellite Radio has extended their "Friends & Family" program to POA members. This is the same program that they offer their and DaimlerChrysler employees. The offer is basically your choice of three different brands off FM modulated hardware for no cost with a one year paid subscription and $15 activation fee. They work in the Prowler without having to change the radio. The system will work in most vehicles. CJ can e-mail anyone who is interested, the form to take advantage of the offer. The hardware will be shipped directly to your home. CJ also provides quality answers to difficult questions. She acts as a liasion between the Prowler owners and the DaimlerChrysler employees who are not allowed to post. She avoids guessing and uses direct sources to provide quality responses wherever possible. She worked with Mopar to reinstate a number of accessories that had been discontinued. She convinced them, to my amazement, to build another 200 trailers and Deep Candy Red touchup paint. This isn't an ad to promote anything or elicit any kudos. It is merely a reminder of some of the benefits available to our POA friends on behalf of DaimlerChrysler. This message has been edited by RPL on 03-07-2003 at 04:39 PM |

Bob, you better watch out.....if CJ keeps it up, DC will be offering her a job and that wouldn't be good for you or me. You'd have to do housework and I'd lose my postmaster.

Bob & CJ, thanks for all you do for all of us. People that are pleased with the car outnumber the few who think they have a lot of problems. There are some problems to be sure, but that is definitely the minority. The SILENT majority are still VERY happy with the car. The negatives just seem to be louder. I am in for life, just to reassure you that some of us are happy with the car and the fact DC made it. |

Allow me to echo the heartfelt feelings of Ed Monahan. The reason I took the Prowler plunge had nothing to do with being able to afford it (I can't ) — it had to do with the people who belong to POA. Bob and CJ, you rock! Thanks again. Kevin ------------------ |

AS with most things, the digruntled few make alot more noise than the many that are happy and content. This is true not only with Prowlers and the POA, but also with incredibly important issues in the world and in support of our country and it's beliefs. We have a chance with this thread to change that , to be heard and to let you Cj, and all the other very helpful people in the POA to know that you are appreciated. THANKS again for all you do!! ------------------ |

I haven't owned a car yet that did not have problems of one type or another. For a special limited edition vehicle at the $$$ Chrysler sold these for, it is amazing how little trouble I've had. I believe Chrysler has been better about repairing warranty issues on my car then GM was one of my Corvettes and a particular Caddy I had some time ago. Bob & CJ - you certainly went out of your way for us last Fall. Now just go buy that Black RAM with the Viper engine and sell it to me cheap next year with less than 10,000 miles on it! Oh BTW - I told Norm you said I could use the Rambler to get to the airport and back! LOL This message has been edited by Marty Usher on 03-07-2003 at 04:34 PM |

Bob and CJ, you know how Linda and I feel about the two of you. We pray that God watches over your family, most especially your son. That he be kept safe from harms way during these unstable times. He is a credit to both you and our Nation. Thank him for us the next time you see or speak with him. We absolutely love the Hemi Ram 1500, even more than we anticipated. You should see the looks and hear the comments we get on it every day. With the F&F program, it was the best and easiest car (truck) buying experience we have ever had. We even financed with DC. As soon as the PT Convert comes out, we will be an all Mopar couple. That should say it all as to how we feel about DC. Now I just wish there was some way I could swing another Kat. Thank you everyone for the kind words. CJ does all of the work here and stays in touch. I stop by every now and then. What is the best way to keep these two offers, the vehicle lease/purchase and Sirius radio programs, where new people can find them? Trying to keep them visible makes it appear that we're trying to sell something. That isn't the case, We want to extend the offers to all of our club friends and their families, especially the new ones that aren't aware that the opportunities exist. |

Bob and CJ - Thank you for your deep support of the POA website and the Prowler owners! You have brought many programs and technical information to the table that we otherwise may have never been able to obtain. Many thanks to the DC corp and support people behind the scenes who can't directly answer,,,,their provided information is highly appreciated! Bob and CJ truly have Prowler blood running through their veins. BTW - CJ also does a 5 Star job in detailing other people's Prowlers |

Bob / CJ, I have never enjoyed a car and a website like this. It's awesome ! The expertise that you folks provide is unsurpassed. Really, what manufacturer provides any product/technical support after the launch ? It's always the people who own the cars that keep the enthusiasm alive. It's comforting to know that we have someone on the "inside" if we need it. Thanks again for all you do. Duane |

I would also like to add my thanks for all that Bob and CJ do. I just used a certificate to purchase my new Dakota. Bob even helped me spec the drivetrain to pull my trailer. There is no other organization or website like POA. I would have purchased the Prowler anyway, but this really makes it so much better. ------------------ |

CJ and Bob, As you know I was one of the original members on the POA. I think I was member number 3 and as you also know I don't post unless I really feel I have something worthwhile to say so here goes............I have received brochures', posters, flags, Xmas ornaments, Hats, shirts, etc. some of which I purchased from the CAAP store as a result of your efforts...........the others you sent me for postage due. I have also learned many tips, lessons and gained much knowledge from your insight and all the questions you have fielded. I have also purchased 3 vehicles through the F&F program and saved thousands of dollars and didn't have to even negotiate with the store owners......( I really hate when I have to do that). Therefore I'd just like to thank you for the many things that you have helped me with.........I can't even imagine all the other requests.....Bottom line is you guys are the greatest and I just want to thank you for all the time and effort you have volunteered in supporting the POA. By the way I had never owned a Chrysler product before this experience, I now have 4 so.............that ought to tell you something. Best regards, Blackcat This message has been edited by blackcat on 03-09-2003 at 10:42 PM |
