Todd -- Your request is current choice #6: "Compass/Temp". It is currently the most selected choice.

Why do most manufacturers put compasses in a vehicle? All our cars and trucks have em. Don't pay any attention to them. I mean you can't travel true North if the freeway starts to veer NW. You wouldn't use it to give directions to anyone. "Yeah, go North for 1.2 miles then turn NW for .5 miles then make an immediate turn South. We are the 7 house on the East side." I would also think most adults generally know which direction they are pointed in. |

Considering I have gone 100 miles out of my way on the freeway in Ohio, where there were no signs and no way to know which direction because of lack of offramps and overcast... I'm always glad to have a compass. |
