Yep that’s it. I used this picture because it’s got Prowler content, you just have to look close. Anyway, a New 2003 PT Cruiser 5 speed Turbo sits next to the Kat in the garage now. Boy it sure is good to use that left foot again when driving! Special thanks to CJ and Bob assisting with the Friends and Family certificate. Sure did make the whole process go smoother. First time since 88 that I’ve only owned American cars. It’s good to come back home again…

GaryC,

Sweet, yes. I actually wanted to get a cranberry to make up for not getting a purple cat , but that proved to be a little complicated. And this Inferno Red was available similarly equipped so we inked the deal. It looked great in the garage after having been claybared and double waxed. Almost didn’t want to drive it. But I didn’t want to use the Kat as the daily driver either. As for the speed, no problem there.

CJ,

Thanks again to you and Bob. I tried three times to send you an email with specifics. It's bouncing back from both addresses. I'll try again later tonight.

Looks good Bill - did you end up picking it up here in Louisville or find it somewhere closer to INDY? Have fun driving it.

Marty,

Sorry dude. I could have at least called. Of course Sat was hetic. Selling the old, buying the new, kids activities durring the day, and a night out on the town. But I could have at least called. Sorry about that.

That was the complicated part of the Cranberry. That's why it fell through. Seems there's a Louisville dealer going out of business?

Bill, CONGRATULATIONS on your new PT, and its a great color.
You can really add a bunch of mods and make it like no one else's. We have had ours for 2 1/2 years and although it is not a Turbo it is pretty peppie. We did the cold air intake (it sounds cool, more pep and better gas mileage), 17" wheels, lowered it almost 2" (it handles much better - no lean on cornering) and a multitude of other mods. If you are interested in mods/accessories check out our webpage for 'Salsa'

------------------

Current mods: Mopar dual exhaust & front mudflaps; MacMotorsports Air Intake;
Real Rod Air Patrol; Graphics by Balistek Designs; ($8) Chrome grille; Chrome
tire valve-stem covers; Painted rear bumper lettering; Prowler Pro Gears; Synthetic
Oil; Raybestos Ceramic Brake Pads; TGF Door Panel Inserts & Headrest Covers;
SheepskinExpress Sheepskin Seatcovers; Grille Light; Pinstriping by Bo Boring;
Painted Valve Cover; Window Tinting; Windshield Visor Banner; Front Bumper
Removal / Relocation of Front Turn Signal Lights; Real Rod Transmission Cooler
Cover, Sill and Carper Covers, Aero Front Covers and Roadster Rear Pan and
rear bumpers removed.

More 'Pumpkin' photos . . . . . More cars and other stuff

Looks nice. Good luck with it. Keep it away from Jessie James.

Not a problem, with POA down most of the day , I got into painting a bathroom and repairing a shelf in a closet anyway. Which dealer is closing down, did they say?

PT grill treatment, 2 rolls (20' ea.) of 3/8" half-round wheel-well moulding (don't skip under bumper - big difference).
