Darcy - so far only one person has selected the Tbird over the SSR and Prowler. It would be my third choice of the three but I would still rather drive a new Tbird than a lot of other cars being produced today. I would like to see the same poll on the new Tbird website and see the results. Happy Prowling in the New Year! Marty This message has been edited by Marty Usher on 12-30-2002 at 10:47 AM |

I think the T-Bord looks really sharp in person. I've seen various colors. the only turn-off is the chromed PLASTIC eggcrate grill. It looks so plastic and cheesy, it doesn't belong on a $42,000 car. |

How big is the SSR? I heard one report that it was the size of the S-10 and another that it was a full size. Can anyone clarify? I agree with Black Tie. The T-Bird has the look and feel of a cheap car. Classy lines, but not materials. I think the photo of the SSR that Spoons shows above is sharp. I wouldn't trade my Prowler for one, but I like the look. ------------------ |

Like all other concept vehicles, the SSR will not be exactly as the concept vehicle looks......I read that it lacks a lot in the production vehicle. |

The T-Bird looks like a Chevron toy car, the SSR is not to bad. If I didnt own a Prowler and if I had the $$$ I like the 2002 GTS Viper. This message has been edited by topcat on 12-30-2002 at 09:33 PM |

I find it refreshing that the big 3 are trying to bring back some the old styles using modern technology. Looking forward to seeing the production version of the GT40. - Kcat |
