This is our new Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Quad Cab with a Hemi. This sucker is loaded! We are going to start hauling our Kat to the long distance events. Now we have to start looking for a trailer. Thank you so much Bob for the Friends & Family certificate not to mention the other. Sorry Mike for posting on the Prowler Forum but the Devil made me do it. Looks good Rich, are you going for an enclosed Trailer? ------------------ |

Yes, Todd an enclosed trailer is what we are leaning towards. Probably between 20 and 24 ft and 8 1/2 wide with a door on the drivers side of the trailer that opens over the fenders. |

Rich, Larry picked right up on that custom ghost mural. How did you come to choose a bald guy on the fender? I have seen some nice looking murals. Now what will you call that truck. It's already the Mayor of truckville! Great ride. This message has been edited by SuperKat on 12-26-2002 at 10:29 PM |

Rich, spend the extra $ and get one made of composite... it will really save of the fuel bill and worth the extra $. Be EXTRA sure and get on with BOTH sets of wheels with brakes... if you ever have to stop, you NEED to... If you can spend the $, have one set up with air shocks... NOT the other types of suspensions... it will save you on the bouncing! ------------------ |

Rich, congratulations on the truck - sure is a beauty! My friend John just got one last night - same color, but a 3500 dualie, crew cab with the 5.7 Hemi also. That will be hauling my Kat to the Smokies next year. As for the trailer, definitely go with the full 102 inches wide. Forego the beavertail end, thought I'd need it for the low nose clearance, but rides real low to the ground. Check with Laddie, he's got a cool flip down ramp that comes as an option. GOOD LUCK!!!
