Tonight I picked up my Kat after they installed the new blue top. It seems that there is a inch diameter roll in the top across the body width, on the interior, on the top surface, just behind my head, just as the top starts to go down in the rear. I think that acutely describes it.

I don’t know if it’s supposed to be there, if it’s something with a new top or if something was installed incorrectly. If anyone can shed some light on this, I would appreciate it.

Thanks for the words of encouragement Todd.

As for the top, Wildcat was nice enough to talk me through it over the phone. It would seem that there is a ‘piece of material” that covers the interior part of the top from the back most bar to the bottom covering the rear window. Wildcat thinks that this piece is probably custom fit. I think he’s right. It feels like it’s attached to the rear most bar. Probably done while the skin in front of the last bat is still off. Looks like they just used all the material that came with the top. Hence the bulge. Special thanks to Wildcat for his assistance.
