Hollywood, there's a close up of a wheel on a yellow Kat that has a different wheel cover and looks like chrome lug nuts. Any way to get the detail? I hate the stock wheel covers so much, I'm looking for a similar alternative. Thanks, |

I seen Jay's car at Turkey rod run and had forgot he posted the pictures without the center caps. It look GOOD the way Jay did his. For those like Jay that like there nuts exposed, or have broken several stock ones, a good way to go |

THANK YOU - everyone for attending!!!The turnout was much greater than I ever would have imagined. It was loads of fun and I'm already thinking of things to do for another cruise when the weather warms up. It was really nice seeing people again that I've met before at other events and also the new people that attended. I had a wonderful time putting this together & look forward to making the next one bigger and better. Once again - thank you all for attending - I couldn't have done this without YOU!!! Thanks Hollywood for posting pics - I'll add just a few more here. We posted our thanks under the Events thread, but we will say "thank you" here also. Kendra did a great job in organizing this event...we appreciate her efforts, as we know these cruises do not just fall into place without a lot of work. We'll be looking forward to next time...hopefully sunny and warmer! |

Kendra, Great job of putting this event together! Vicki and I had a great time and enjoyed see old Prowler buddies again and meeting the new Kat owners. The turnout was spectacular and the rain had stopped just for us. Thanks again for organizing this. Will post pictures if I can ever figure out how to do it. Rex |

I wanted to apologize for not making it this past weekend. I wound up stranded in Tampa most of the day with stalling problems. Everytime I would come to a stop, my Prowler would almost stall until it eventually did start stalling. It turned out the problem was my positive-side battery terminal had completely corroded through and snapped. I have taken it to the dealership twice for this without it being fixed and now it finally failed and left me stranded. Thank you Chrysler... I fixed it on my own... thank you very much. It looks like everyone had a great time and I hope to make it to the next event. ------------------ • MTD Prowler Intake System 2.2 This message has been edited by William Gallagher on 12-16-2002 at 11:15 AM |

Bill - mine did the same thing. I stopped dead at the drag strip and missed an entire round of runs trying to take off the cover I made to hide to hide the battery and then jump it. I finally replaced both the positive and negative cables and everything is OK now. It sure was annoying. This message has been edited by Marty Usher on 12-16-2002 at 12:56 PM |
