44 months U.S. Air Force.....March 25, 1971 till November 15, 1974..........accounting and finance/payroll......spent most of my time in San Antonio(Lackland) with 18 months at CCK(Ching Chang Kuang) Air Base, Taichung Taiwan....got to work with many of the POWs when they returned...getting their pay records restarted and caught up, some had been missing for many years....met some real heros there... |

4 years USMC and very proud of it!! 3 years in the states, Cherry Point, NC, Yuma, AZ, Jacksonville, FL, Grosse Point, MI, Mount Clemens, MI, Mephis, TN and (1) year around DaNang, Vietnam & Iwakuni, Japan. Thanks to all my felloe Vetrans... |

I got drafted May 21, 1965 until May 19, 1967. Uijongbu, Korea after Ft. Knox and Ft. Gordon, GA for CRYPTO. There seems to be a pattern forming. Finished up at Ft. Lewis, WA after getting sent back from Korea early for a nuclear Weapon company forming to go to NAM. |

My late husband for whom the prowler was purchased served from 1962 until 1967 in the Navy. Out of that he had involuntary extensions and spent about four years in active duty in vietnam. This was a very special day to him glad to here that people remember those who served. |

US Army Corps of Engineers, Retired with 20 years... Father-In-Law retired after 30 years in the Navy... Oldest son now a CAPT in the US Air Force at the Pentagon... Youngest son a senior in high school with nomination to West Point... We are a 'Joint Force' family! |

I was born in '54 and was given a high lottery number (186 I think), but from the best I can remember the last ones called were those born in '53. Even though I didn't serve, I am extremely grateful and indebted to those of you who did! |
