Hello from Tucker, ready to "Meet & Great" other Prowler owners in the Area. My wife is member of the PT Cruiser club . . . they love to have us Prowlers join in some of their events. The next one is "Toys for Tots" on 12/14 at Hayes Chrysler Jeep in Oakwood (Gainesville). If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll get with the Chapter president. You just need to bring a couple of toys! |

I am MORE than ready to have some Prowler gatherings. I had one at my home once and had four other Kats in attendance. We have meet with Rick and his wife and also with Gordon (aka Superkat) and his wife. In fact Gordon his wife Annie , my wife Linda and I have become very close friends. We do lots of stuff together either with and without the Prowlers. Cruise night season and car show season is all but gone , during the season we do as many as we can. We have even been to the Dallas Block party cruise a couple times. We will have to check our calendar but Dec 14th sounds like a good idea. We would be happy to meet with any GA Prowler owners anywhere anytime (weather permitting of course)either as a group or even one on one. |

Cool! Glad you guys can make it. It is a great charity, and a fun Meet & Greet! The more toys, the better! We are putting together a toy buying trip at Kay Bee at Perimeter Mall, I'll let you know when, if you are interested. We pack both vehicles with toys (last year I drove my Jeep filled with toys along with the PT. This year will be a little more of a challenge driving the Prowler . . . no trailer yet. |

Just wanted to see if any of the north Georgia boys get any further south, I'm in Columbus, Ga. In the Columbus area I know of at least 5 other prowlers. Stone Mountain would make a nice cruise and tailgate party. Thanks .....Spencer....yellow.2002 |

Spencer, my Kat has been to Detroit MI(twice), CO, KY & LA so South GA is not a problem. I went to a cruise down in Newnan one weekend other than that no. Stone Mtn sounds like a great idea. Just name the date , time and place. I meet Blackat there once at the Antique Car Museum. The guy offered to let us park our Kats on the lawn in front of the Museum. Are you going to make the National Event Prowlin the Smokies next August? (see Events section) Were going as is Superkat and Blue Kat. |

"BEWARE' I am going to try my best to make it to the Event. Call me or e-mail me and we can try to set up a weekend to cruise, will try to get some of these other prowlers in Columbus to tag along. FYI....this last week a local used car dealer (a large one) called me and asked if they could rent the car for 2 days to use as a display to attract attention. They had it up on a display that turned around, also got a free detail job out of the deal. Has anyone else had this type of offer, they said they wanted to do it again in December. thanks....Spencer.....yellow..2002 |

TOTS FOR TOTS CAR SHOW . . . The Georgia Chapter of the PT Cruiser Club is holding the Annual Event next Saturday (12/14) at Hayes Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep in Backwood, GA (I-985, Backwood Exit, Frontage Road) from 9-3. ALL MAKES ARE WELCOME! The admission is a new, unwrapped toy or $10 (to purchase a toy). The first 50 will receive a goody bag, T-shirt amd dash plaque. Lunch will be provided by Hayes (usually Bar-B-Que sandwiches). There will be trophies presented for top PT's and "Other" models. We have commitments from 4 Prowlers, some Mustangs and several Corvettes. It promises to be a GREAT event or a GREAT cause. BTW - You are NOT limited to the number or toys you can bring! The PTers had a lot of fun recently at a LATE NIGHT toy run at the KB Toys in Perimeter Mall. Sharon and I purchased over $200 worth of stuff . . . and I'm sure we had more fun than the kids who will be getting them. Come on out and show your support! |
