Minds out of the gutter please.

What is the farthest you have ever driven your Prowler?

For me, about 15 miles around town. No long trips planned.

I've taken 2 long trips with the Prowler + Trailer:

1. (1/20/01) Drove a total of 1100 miles all over Florida. Departed West Palm Beach, FL to Orlando for a Prowler event of course, then to Ocala (relatives), Jacksonville, then down the Gulf coast to Tampa, Ft. Meyers and back home to beautiful West Palm Beach. I Learned that the Treasure Coast & Gold Coast (Southeast coast) is the most beautiful part of Florida.

2. (7/4/02) Drove a total of 1158 miles through CT, MA and upstate NY. Departed Hartford, CT drove down I-90 to Rochester, NY (family), then Buffalo, Niagara Falls Canada, then back tracked through the Finger lakes region (Wineries), through the Catskills and back to Harford, CT. I Learned that the Finger Lakes region of NY with it's wineries, lakes and small towns are more enjoyable then what is offered down state (NYC).

Meandering cross country from Cleveland I drove almost 2800 miles in 8 days last month.

Loved every minute of it Well maybe not the torrential downpours that started in Colorado and didnt stop till Arizona...

The very 1st 24 hours that I owned the car, I drove from Maine back to Michigan (where I was living at the time), which was about 1100 miles. This was back in early '98. My car was probably one of the 1st 500 actually sold from the dealerships. It was the best vacation I ever took. You should have seen all the cars swerving, just trying to get a look at the car. Every time I stopped for gas, there was an instant crowd. I even had some people follow me for over 150 miles, so they could talk to me about the car when I finally stopped for gas (on the turn pike). There was even a motorcycle that literally went end over end, as I watched in my rear view. That must have been an expensive peak at a car going down the road - and yes I stopped to make sure he was OK.

That was only the beginning of the "Miles of Smiles!"
