What has been the best "tip" that you found out about here on the POA site?

I think the best thing on the site is the people that you get to meet at the events but that is not a "tip".
I think it probably was the ceramic pads since that is such a time saver over the long haul.

Ed, good try for a T-shirt. What did you do with the last one?

I'll agree on the ceramic pads.

While its not a single tip, I love how i can just do a search for any problem and get an answer in a minute - its quicker than pilling out my big set of manuals.

I know what the best and most used tip on POA is - the hot glue on the hubcaps because it is used four times on each car
And I also know which color DC thinks is their most popular color on the Prowler - just check out the inside foldout on their big Prowler brochure which you can order for free at www.chrysler.com (you have to click on Prowler, then order a brochure). It's the Inka Gold!!!
It's okay if you thank me for this knowledge

While I don't disagree with Ed (this time!), I'd have to say the best tip I got was from Laddie. He steered me to a dealer to purchase an extended warranty. Saved me several hundreds of dollars.

There's been a lot of great tips, but I agree that the ceramic pads rank right up there!

Best tip would be AFTER mud flaps and ceramic brake pads, do not do anything else to your Prowler. Once you start making modifications, it is addictive. You nmay never be able to stop. Just when you think your addiction is under control, the next post you read is about a NEW modification you can't resist!!

Trust me on this one.

Happy Prowling

When I got my Kat last year , someone said Front Mud Flaps. Best mod for the money, Other than that, you can't beat the people for any price, that includes Fixumm.

Ditto here too ... will hopefully never have to use it, but if needed, now that factory warranty is up, will be a real lifesaver!!

I did not list the mud flaps as a tip from the POA for a couple of reasons. I bought the cat new but the dealer had already installed the mud flaps and I did not even know they were an option and secondly, I bought the car about 15 months before POA was formed. Come to think of it, I probably put the ceramic pads on before POA, also. Where O where would I have gotten that info? lol.

ED,
I truly think that the absolute best tip I have ever obtained from anybody on this sight was from Alley Cat & reassured by Dave Mills. AC gave me the tip when I first started posting way back when & it is advice I use everyday. That advice has helped me in so many ways & led to a happier & more enjoyable time with my Kat & other POA members at ALL Prowler events, as well as here with everyone on the POA site. That tip was the best mod I ever made & most definitely gets the Alley Cat stamp of approval. That tip was... He told me to steer clear from you Ed The warning still stands to this very day & I pass it on every chance I get.

Thank you again AlleyCat

Kevin - I have been looking for an extended warranty, can you point me in the right direction?

Also, on a side note, what type of Mopar Exhaust?
