Well I'm about to take my Kat in for the 3rd time on the same problem. My belts keep getting twisted or falling off. They've already replaced the pulley and belts. I've never heard of anyone else having this problem and on the 3rd account it falls under the lemon law. I'm not sure what they are required to do for this. Whether it be replacing the whole motor or pulley mount. Or a new car. I know it can get that extreme. Here's the thing. I have the Pro gears on. Put on after the second time I brought it in for the problem so I know it's not that. BUT they might give me crap for it. Should I take them off first? Especially if I bring up the lemon law to them. Input is greatly appreciated.

CJ, I've already had them replaced and fixed. They even replaced a pulley they thought was at an odd angle. But they either get twisted which is the case now or they completely come off. I was making a turn last time it came off and lost all power steering. Scared the heck out of me.

I had my A/C belt come off. Took it to the dealer, I said to them my A/C was not working. They told me your A/C belt came off, thats your A/C problem. Well they put a new on, no more problems the last couple of months...

That same problem also happened to Axle Rose's Prowler. Axle was the lead singer for Gun's - N - Roses.

He even wrote a song about it, something like....

"my, my, my, serpentine....huh...it's gonna bring you down."
