In looking for a new 2001 blue prowler. I found one in TX.The add reads 232mi 2 door new Blue Metallic vin 1c3ew65g41v703669 I find on prowler on line that it belongs to person in Cincinnati OH do you think it is new or used IN TX BILL |

I don't know if this answered your question, but it is still considered new if never titled. My cat had 200 mi. but was considered used because it was titled by the dealership owner. |

Don Davis Chrysler Dodge in Lake Jackson has a silver one that is new, and hasn't been driven by the owner. I know they are looking to sell it right, because they have been trying to get us to buy it! They are a small dealer and it is eating up to much of their floorplan so they are wanting to unload it real bad. Talk to Joe, he's the sales manager. Hope this helps, I know it was still there today. |

once registered or titled, it's "used", but 200 miles is still "new" to me. But your payments go up by 1/2-2 points on a used car. ------------------ |

Bill, I talked to Bob Ryan tonight. He still has his car and it is not for sale. One of the vins were wrong, either the one you looked at in the ad, or his is wrong in the registry here on the POA. His car did come from Texas |
