I have noticed that at times, the prices being posted for used cats seem a little high. Then I notice that there’s a trailer involved. But I’ve never tried to get a feel for how much value the trailer holds. Any opinions out there? I’d love to hear from some people that know prices from recent sales. Just trying to rationalize getting a trailer … I guess a hitch too

In my opinion the trailer should never drop below $3000.00 due to the limited supply that will be on the market in the future. There will always be exceptions due to financial problems of some, but as a whole, I expect the trailers to hold their value pretty well. Probably even holding near $4000.00 for the near future. I look for trailers to hold their value better than our cars have.

The Upright Trailer Storage Stands that I sell should eliminate the major cause of trailer resales (storage space) by enabling a person to store both his trailer and his car in a single parking space.

My personal trailer will never drop below $4000.00 and even then it will not be sold without the car.

when they stop making them.

I would say when you can't get trailers any more at all. What we paid for them is what we will get for them. to many cats and not enough trailers. and that is not ripping any one off either.... if some one wants one they will pay.........I would if i diden't have one allready.....JMO
