Knew that would get most of you to look

O.k., first one rattled.
Second one leaked.
Now the third is getting a rip in the roof.
One is a pencil lead thick hole. The other is about 1/2 inch wide and through the material.
Guaranteed, when I buy my fourth (already looking) the damn wheels will fall off.

Will DC replace the roof or just patch a new 2002 w/ only 98 miles on the OD??

Help! Advise!

I've only been an owner for about 4 hours, but on the Performance/Appearance board, jmcant1 had some interesting advice about soft top holes and wear problems, and has a suggested fix. Don't know if this is your problem, but its worth taking a look at his message.

Look at the responses to my posting of 8/22 re: "Essential Mods?".

Good luck.

Yes, it is a warranty item. I had my top replaced about a year ago.

For those that have had their tops replaced under warranty - was the replacement top as good as the first top from the factory? Did it fit the same or as well as the stock installation? I am supposed to have my top replaced next week, but I am worried that I will get it back with more (additional) problems.
