I know that is late, but I thought I would share this experience with everyone. Earlier this year in Mt Dora, Florida, Jay and I discussed some custom windshield and engine shimmers for the "BadKat", and we talked about many options. When I received them, I thought the windshield shimmers was not the last idea we decided on. I called Jay, and actually we were both not really sure. I asked Jay to redo the windshield shimmer, but I needed to take the measurements again. Although I got busy for a few weeks and didn't get to it, Jay emailed me a couple of times to remind me to send the measurements so he could fix it. I finally sent them and almost immediately received the new shimmers, which are fantastic. I was prepared to pay for the additional shimmer since we couldn't remember who last said what, but the invoice read "$0". Now, I own one service business in Georgia and run another one in Florida. And I am always critical of serivce businesses and always compare them to my own high standards of service. Jay's actions are a real example of what I teach my people..."Total Quality Service", always going above and beyond, providing that little unexpected extra. So thanks Jay for providing your quality products and first class service to all the Prowler owners everywhere. In a world where customers are now just considered "orders", it's a treat to see "real service" is still alive and well. ------------------

I sincerely doubt, you will find anyone who has dealt with Jay, can dispute that fact. First class - all the way. Jay, you're already what most people aspire to be! |

I agree totally. I recently had to return a Shimmer due to a mfg fault. I called Jay and told him of the problem, and I had a replacement the next day (even though I told him it was not necessary to nex day it). I just sent him a note with the return expressing how impressed I am with his Customer Service. When you deal with quality people, you get quality service and products! Thanks Jay! |
