Dear Master of Monologue, Lord of the Litterbox, and FixxumTypingMavus,

I thought I would update you guys on our recent Carisle event, that you missed.

First, the three day event was visited by 20(+/-) Kats - WOW! Some from Florida, Indiana, Ontario-Canada, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Penn. - don't quiz me on all the names, I'm road-weary!

New word for you guys: Catdyslexia

Gordon and Annie Kerns (SuperKat) has a bird(SuperBird) and a Kat ...chose to drive to the event from the airport in a bull(Tarus). You figure that one out.

WillBill, George-NJSilver, and I went into the the vendor area looking for Prowler "stuff". All I can say is....WildCat left only his carbon sheets from the credit card usage... he moved pretty fast for an old guy. Since we couldn't find any Prowler "stuff", we used the carbon sheet for shopping on the Ebay - Thanks from all of us Larry!

The location on the infield was choice - right across from the Dyno-tester and in front of the Chrysler Test Drive area.

Talking was a challenge(even for me)...in-between the ....VaaaARRROOM.... and "What was your question again?" sayings. Most people thought I was geezing.

BTW, don't ever leave your keys with anyone in the POA....Lucy Stephens(NiteMan's wife) had my keys while I was at the Bud girls display...drove it to the Chrysler Test Drive area...34 people have had a Kat experience now...she collected well over $350 for the joy rides! She charged double for the guy to go up the hill climb section. He was impressed that it could jump the ruts all by itself!

WillBill and George-NJSilver really didn't have a "Jersey" accent... between them maybe....40 cents.

Your "Mouth from the South" pal

Well now I must be way off; I understood every word? Must be spending too much time with MeanGene on the weekends. While looking for Prowler stuff it was clear that Wildcat was way ahead of us. Yes sir he moves fast, very fast.

Fixee - I understood every word my good friend Gene said.

He said: Your as$ wasn't there,,,,,20+ cats were,,,,,,and we missed one helluva good time.

Gene, Ed and I will bring Fixum next time. Can you get him a Mini-Cooper to drive?

Glad to hear of the success of the Nor-eastern event

Fixuum: Like most things with MeanGene, you had to be there to comprehend. All though Alley Cat did pretty good at understanding.

Fixumm,

I originally was going to use pictures..just for you. The Dyno-Tester was a portable, cars where loaded on it rev'd up to red-line ..mostly with open headers or no mufflers...LOUD...REAL LOUD (i.e. choice spot (about 100ft from it) for talking to someone about the KAT).

Larry(Wildcat) cleaned out the vendors who had anything Prowler related using his Visa card --we used the carbon sheets he left for shopping on the Ebay. What a guy!

The "Jersey" acCENT... between them maybe....40 CENTs. I guess it sounds better in person?!

FixxumTypingMavus is from "Typing with Mavus Beacon" - an award winning software typing package. You really ought to get out more often

The next time... show up ....

Gene... Some times you just have to post like a it's a Denny's menu... I am still waiting to get the photographs back from the photo lab... I am having them put the photographs onto cds as well, this way it will be a quicker turnaround in order to post on the site... Fixumm will just have to wait to understand... Or if you want... just scream really loud the whole time while trying to read this post.

I am glad Larry found his Puddle Prowler. That would have been a great find... You were right... We will have to give Larry stickers to leave behind at each booth just so we know where he already sifted through... I have already bought several items on ebay already and thanks to Larry they are already paid for I even bought Crazy Georges completely stock (dirt & all) Inca Gold Prowler for $335,023.52 plus one of my raffle tickets for next year's Mopar raffle at Carlisle... I used WildCats Credit card numbers for the purchase of that one as well - (Crazy George was the 2nd place winner at Carlisle & owned self proclaimed World's fastest produced stock Prowler... Yes the $#!* was getting pretty deep)... I was told it was the rarest as well... I won't even bring up the speech he made at the awards parade... I will let Reverend MeneGene reply on that one since he chauffeured George to the podium in his Orange Kat. Last ditch effort to convert the public to love red over any other Kat

Even though Larry cleaned everything out, I know I have the rarest souvenir from Carlisle... No one else got one... Larry couldn't have got it even in his wildest dreams...

MeneGene - I understood the joke about the 40 cents right away... I knew that was not the reason why we ate at MickyD's

Fixumm you really missed a great time... You should have been there... This way you can share the memories instead of just reliving them through Gene... I can't wait till ProwLancaster!!!

WildBill

Fixumm,

I'm hoping WillBill, Lucy Stephens, and anyone else who attended will post some pictures of the Carlisle event for you. Mine are still in the digital, waiting for me.

Great event! Met a lot of great people and learned a lot. For those who were not there, some little known facts

1. Gold paint makes cars go faster but is very rare

2. It's hard to watch a drive-in movie with the car
cover on, but some people will try.

3. Koreans have fewer cameras

4. Keep your lights on and they shall come

5. Plymouth made an economy model Prowler

Hope that helps clear up Mean Gean's post!
Thanks Gean for all the effort. The event was great!
