HAD A LITTLE MISHAP OVER WEEKEND. AN oLD FART did'nt see the trailer as he tried to pass me. Crunced the drivers side fender + tail light. Can I buy replacement parts pre-painted?

I checked last year while putting my kit together as I messed up one of the tail light holes while cutting it out and they quoated me $1,000.00 and that was at the MFG at the time,
