A retired Chrysler employee from Indiana traveling to his sister's 50th wedding anniversary in Colorado meets a Prowler owner from Louisiana traveling through Grand Lake, Colorado during "Prowlin the Rockies 2002" ???
Well, it turned out his name was Bob Ferguson (retired Chrysler employee) who worked at the Kokomo Transmission plant that builds the transmission for the Prowler... He said this was a limited edition shirt given to the Chrysler employees at Kokomo and didn't think you'd see too many around... Well, he gave me the shirt & I was very Thankful.. Now, this is the most unique Prowler related experience that has ever happened to me and may be the most unique Prowler experience at "Prowlin the Rockies 2002".... I was so stunned, I didn't even get a picture of him... I told Bob & Jerry the story hoping they may know him... Maybe Larry (Wildcat) has some contacts (through the annual car show held at Kokomo)... It's a very good looking navy blue T-shirt. Here's a couple of pics of the front & back of the T-shirt...

Laddie ... That is WAY too cool ... please ... don't put it on Ebay ... if you want it to end up in a good home and be mounted and displayed, I will do the honors. If you want it in a good home where it will be worn by a yellow driving Kat owner, I will still do it honor. However, knowing you and hearing the story ... if it we me .. I would be keeping it too even if it had a Orange car on it! Nice photos too, thanks. |

Guys,,,,,,,,,,,,,Laddie does OWN a yellow Prowler, his second one he drove to the event. Laddie - the story of the retired DC worker is nearly a tear jurker. I'm sure the guy spent many years of his life working hard for Chrysler, and was damn proud of his contribution to the company. ------------------ |

Laddie I was at a car show there a few years ago and got one of those shirts. I'm not good with names but might have talked to him. Been 3 years now. It is a good show over 500 cars and it is all FREE. But I traded the shirt to some lady for the door prise she won and was Sue p*ssed ------------------ |
