Went on a short cruise today in Sacramento ca. and had the pleasure of meeting in person the one and only Laddie, what a great guy, we had a great time and parted company before lunch.

just thought Id like to share that with those of you who know him back home in La.

I have to agree with Curtis. Laddie is a great person but I must also say that everyone that I met that day in Sac was very friendly and helpful. Everyone there made my daughter and myself very comfortable and welcome. It make me very proud to be part of this group (POL).Oh by the way Curtis My daughter and I enjoyed following you in the parade and watching you take all those pictures. If you have nay extra I would be happy to get some since I forgot my camera. Once again everyone Thank you!

Hi Curtis & John.

Thanks. It was our pleasure to meet yall and we appreciate the warm welcome & letting us join you in the Memorial Day Parade in Sacramento (10 Prowlers & 56 PTs along with all the other members of the parade)... Everyone was so very nice... Michelle's best friend's two young boys (Jason (5) & Justin (7)) had the biggest thrill riding in the Prowlers during the parade along with some of the Veterans. Jason never stopped waiving the American flag during the whole parade route...

Wish we could have made it to lunch with you... Hopefully, we'll see some of you on Thursday at the Wine Country Cruise & Sears Point Raceway.

We'll see Phil & Jane again tomorrow night and hope we get to see some of you down the road...
