Hey Bob- Way to much construction around the Spring Valley exit. I even beleive it's closed. Lets try somewhere else. I'm open! There is an Owens Restaraunt at I635 & Midway Rd on the Northwest corner...easy in and out and hwy access and good food. We had a great time today! Thanks so much for the fun! Wish we could have driven back with you guys! We saw a red prowler just as we were getting on 20 @ 69, they swung in behind us a few blocks back, but I was exceeding the whole way back (made it back just in time) and he ended up dropping off in traffic. Felt bad that I couldn't wait up for him. First time I've ever been in a catavan of cars that caused an accident! LOL Hopefully everyone was okay. Let us know when the next one is - will everyone be going to Pappa's next month or are we going to try to go somewhere else this time as was mentioned last time? Thanks again! You guys are the greatest! We're still planning on having everyone out for a BBQ on the 22nd - so mark your calendars then a trip to Texoma. At work today I had one of the drivers at UPS say, that they saw the coolest thing this Sat. On there way to Shreveport on I-20, they saw about 8 Prowlers in a group headed to Dallas. That was us all!!!! |
