I saw this PT Trailer last week in Mobile & again yesterday in New Orleans at a Mopar show. I spoke with Pete Howe & he has asked the mfg if he could build a Prowler Trailer (simiiar to the current Mopar one). The answer is Yes.

This PT trailer is $3,500 with the two opening doors & 16" wheels... Based on my intial discussions, I think he could have a Prowler trailer with a target price around $3,000.

The trailer looks pretty good to me... Do you think it's worthwhile pursuing...

Laddie, I think there is a market for a reasonably priced trailer. It would have to look good and be priced right, of course. Thanks for looking into it.

I agree with ED. (scary) Price point for adequate sales is probably $2500-3000. Thanks Laddie.

I thought DC had the rights to the trailer and weren't giving them up. Could there be potential legal issues with this?

If it turns out that they can do it I would seriously consider purchasing one.

I feel there certainly would be some interest. But I also feel that what it looks like would play as big a roll as cost. I personally don't care for the look of that trailer and I own a PT. Just my opinion but I think they should have stuck with the look of the front, or the look of the back and not try and combine the two. The mopar Prowler trailer had it right. Looks like the rear. TGF had a proto type of the PT trailer and it was awsome
looked like the back of the PT but never did make it for production
Maybe Norb could post a picture of it.

If the prowler trailer goes into production I would be interested the DC is a little pricey. John
