I am presently setting up a children's "MAKE A WISH" event for this summer. PLEASE I NEED PROWLERS - for NW Ohio and SE Michigan. This event would be held in Toledo Ohio and benefit the "MAKE A WISH" foundation http://www.wish.org/ I would like to have a car show and take for a ride some of the children that are less fortunate than we are. I can't commit just yet, but would be very interested in helping out if I can. The timing maybe difficult, along w/ Woodward only being approximately a month away. Maine to Toledo is a long way for a brief visit. I could try to convince a few other New England Prowler owners, but a date has to nailed so plans can be made. There is a PT thing in Niagra on 21-23 June. Could things be scheduled for the same weekend - or? Please keep us all posted. ------------------ |

Just a thought, Sassy, and since it seems you are struggling to get MI participants ... why not set a date, that way people have something to plan for or around. You are asking for interest for "sometime in July", which to me is the "Heart of Car Weather" here in the upper Midwest and schedules get filled rather quickly. Just trying to help the "ole gal" out =) |

Sassy, I'm here in Bristol, IN about 3 hours away. If you could specify a date it would be better so I can plan but as far as thing are today, you could count on the "Orange Cat" to be there. Keep me abreast (Love that word) on a date or time. The only weekend that is bad for me in June 1, and June 28-29 as these are Month-end at work and difficult to take off. I am going to call the local "Make a Wish" coordinator today and ask them what is good date. Also I am trying to get a shopping center sponsor too. Kinda hard. Thanks ALL! Sassy |

Hi Sassy. I actually contacted the Chicago Chapter this monday. They say there might be a problem being only a 2 seater. Supposely they need to drive with a guardian. I'm getting an answer next week, + hopefully getting this neck of the woods together to help out. Gary |
