Their phone number is: 1.800.890.4038 I spoke with them this morning and this is what they tell me they have available: 1997 Owners manual - Available - $6.00 1999 Owners manual - No longer available 2000 Owners manual - Are on backorder, due in tomorrow - $6.00 2001 Owners manual - Available - $10.00 2002 Owners manual - Available - $10.00 *Prices do not include shipping, handling or tax* It was a bit confusing when I asked about the entire packet that comes with the manuals (cover, etc.). I understood it that only the 2002 manual is available with the packet except that the packets are on backorder.
