When I have the top up there's a horrible squeaking sound that is made in the trunk. Actually I think its the top sitting on the trunk. There doesnt seem to be a tight seal which causes it to move a little and squeak. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks

I had it with two cars, but it was coming from the lock down seals in the front. Dealer fixed it.

Are you straping the top down when you lower it?

Recognize that when the top is up, it is tensioning the front of the trunk lid - it then behaves differently than when the top is down. In my case, that was enough to cause the two chrome locating pins on the sides to squeak & chatter against the plastic receivers. Greasing the two pins completely solved the problem.

You can adjust the pins in the top so that they do not pull the trunk up, which may also be your problem.

I had the same problem. Pin adjustment at the deck lid solved mine.

I'll try the pin adjustment and get back to you. Thanks
