All our cars are garaged and covered year around. We have nice weather in New Mexico, but it is so dry we have a lot of dust. If you are going to cover your kat buy a good cover (NOAH), your kat will love you for it.

Frank,

I may be a little over protective, but...due to carbon vapor emission and who knows what else gets in the air and on to the paint when the "other" car starts in the garage, not to mention what blows in...mine's covered most of the time, except like Chris - I need some eyecandy! I have witnesses!

I keep it covered. Otherwise I wouldn't get anything done. The temptation is too great to jump in for a drive every time I walk past.

I have a nice prowler cover, but have yet to use it. I start it once a week during the winter, and decided it would be too much hassle to take it off and put it back on so often.

Besides, with it uncovered I get to look at it whenever I want.

Hotrod...

With this year's weather so favorable, you will never know when a quickie is possible, so if it is covered, than that would be too much hassle. It was 60 today! No cover.

Geez - you guys are going to throw stones at me!! I don't use either a cover or a garage. It sits out 24 Hrs a day. It gets driven too much to bother with a cover.

And I bet it is shinier and cleaner inside and out than many on this forum!!
