Hi GuyNGals, I had not driven my Kat in some time now and decided seeing how the sun was shining I'd brave backing over the 1" of snow in my driveway and get the kat rolling. Our house faces north so the snow stays for a much longer time,(houses across the street...no snow). Anyway went to the Sun MicroSystems Ice rink (3 rinks)which is 75 yards from the Westin Hotel for my skating lessons. Had a blast skating and also grinning in the Kat. Anyone coming to the June event who likes to skate can easily walk over and let it rip. Alex ------------------ |

Also had the cat out today and even had the top down. Unbelievable to be cruisin in January. Still no snow and temperature was pushing 50. ------------------ ** COMING SOON 2002 CANDY RED ** 99 Supercharged Shelby Durango |

Guess I could have shoveled but was really wanting to ride in the kat. It was a little tricky getting back in the garage. Cliff, I drove through Piru/Valencia area 2 weeks ago and other than a little fog/rain the roads were nice. I wish I would have had a little more time would have loved to stop by to see you and the "Bat mobile" Alex ------------------ |

I snuck out yesterday in the snake!!! Thank goodness I did...it is SNOWING herre today!! The VCA is doing a calendar as well (hmmm, great car-minds think alike!!!) and I had to get some shots for it. Here is one of my favorites!! . It was so nice to just cruise around looking for places to take pictures. I went down on the piers at the Navy base and shot a couple with the car in front of a DDG. ------------------ |

He's right Alex. Every time we get out his way, no ones home. Still can't figure out why we can't find him either, population in Piru is only what, 30 or 40 Cliff. Next time your close to this area, let us know Alex. We will try to hook up. ------------------ |

Thanks all! We are all darn lucky, aren't we?!?!?!? I finally got up-close to a Kat a few weeks ago when I sold my Sloan open car trailer. I met the buyer in Richmond, and Bernie Katz (pretty ironic, eh???) allowed us to use his shop to meet at...right off 95. It will be hard for me to choose when the time comes to add another toy to the garage, I'll tell you that much!! ------------------ |
