Don't know nothing about the sticker price of a 1997 but I did want to mention that I thought that Gary once told me that he took a 10 pound crappie, in California in 2001, after an Italian dinner that we went to. A six pounder, even in Louisiana, is impressive but it would appear that Gary holds the new record. Can't say that I actually saw the event but I heard tell that several others experienced the session from nearby and they all said it was a beauty. Gotta run as I am going to try to top all of these records. Scot ------------------ |

Brad, I think it was 39,000 but I am not sure. Someone will eventually post the correct amount. ------------------ |

That sounds right. The 99 purple was $39,300 base. Plus a $700 transportation charge listed seperately, for a total of $40,000. They charged $1,000 extra for the yellow--total $41,000 |

The motorsports company that I worked for did the Plymouth Prowler Road Show for Chrysler for three years. The road show was taken to various Chrysler venues, including new car shows, product announcement venues, custom car shows and dealerships. As the Program Manager for the road show, I attended many of the shows to hand out literature, talk to consumers and answer questions, etc. The pricing information that I was given to relay to the consumer for the 1997 Prowler, listed the MSRP as $39,000 plus tax and freight. Keep in mind that taxes and freight are different for every state! |

Way to go Bobkat. Now you too have the original color. Are you gonna make it out for the Rocky Mountain High Event next year. Bring all the cars with you. Drive a different color each day. ------------------ |
