I just finished wiring up blue neon on the inside of my kat. I put two tubes in the leg area of my kat. It took me about an hour of work and looks GREAT!!! When it's on the leg area glows blue and if you look from the out side the kats on the seats are outlined in blue shadows. I had to go out for a cruise with it in the dark and since the can't see the tubes it doesn't blind you at all. I went over to show a buddy and his wife. They liked it so much they want me to put red ones in his car tomorrow. I know that Dan P. is always looking for pictures of anything done to a Kat so I took some and will upload them as soon as I get a chance.

This weekend: neon behind the seats and behind the grill.

Sometime this winter: chrome out everything that I can take out of the engine area, chrome plastic splash gaurds, chrome A-arms on the front, chrome plastic around the gauges(maybe, not sure about the sun glare), chrome headrest covers, mopar pipes, K&N filter.

Wish list if I win the lotto: full TGF kit, gears, paxton supercharger

VooDoo - please post pics of lights - especially behind grill. I have been thinking about if a bulb or strip type light would be better for behind grill. I plan to put strip light on underside edge of hood near windshield and have it and grill lights on seperate switch to turn on/off for shows/cruise-ins/etc.

I may have to copy your idea for interior also!

Thanks

Marty

Gary - maybe I can order TGF rocker panels and add a strip of blue or purple accent lighting to shine up on the sides

Marty,

What every color you do check in your state. If you want to cruise with it I know that a lot of states have outlawed driving with it. But if it is red or blue and shows on outside they have big problems with it because those are police colors. Not that I care too much whats one more thing to get stopped about.
