Take a look at Real Rods. Their turn signal lights are in the grill but their kit mounts solid and won't come off plus Bob is a good guy to work with.

Clarification, I am considering the covers after removing the front bumpers.
I want ones that mount to the car and will not fall off, I have heard stories about a brand falling off because it uses friction fit.
