OK, I've been off line for a while. My house deal fell through, and now I have to find a new place to live by the end of October. My month has started out great - NOT.

Anyway - I received an Email from one of the AOL New England Prowler Club members today, and I told them I would post this on POA.

"This coming Saturday (13th of October) there is a Prowler meet for a "Fall Foliage Tour." Located at Yankee Candle Mill and Car Museum in Deerfield, Mass. Luncheon at Chandlers, 12:30. Cruise will depart from Rest area,
Harvard/Ayer, MA. Rte 2 west. 4.9 miles from route 495, leaving at 9:30am. We'll do some cruising in the am, have lunch then Mill and Museum. For some people, this will be weather dependant (no raining). Feel free to inform others. An RSVP today would be appreciated to Bonnie Carter at bgcarter@aol.com, she is trying to get a head count for the luncheon reservation."

If anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to Email me at work (s.miller@lanco.net), or contact Bonnie.

Hope everyone has been having fun!

I know of at least 4 from southern Maine that are going. But I also know that at least one of those will not drive their Kitty in the rain. The PPC New England group has around 30 members, most of which are NOT online, and most of the others don't seem to say much on POA. So I can't give a a firm number. But, I'll send you an Email w/ a contact that was arranging the food.

Sorry to add to my own post, but this was a very nice event. Especially for meeting everyone for the 1st time. A total of 17 Prowler's showed. This local club is up to 45-ish members. It may take awhile for some of them to convert from this AOL thing to POA. Any guidance or assistance would be appreciated.

Brian - nice to finally meet you. Let me know how your pic's turn out.

Pauley - you have competition for a Prowler w/ star's & stripes. This one has been "donated" by a local dealership for a charity raffle.

I will post more on that topic later. It's now time for some sleep. Happy prowlin' everyone!

We need to get the New England Prowler Clubs website moved over to Prowleronline.com If it wasn't for Steve Miller I wuld have never know about the event this weekend.

Steve - Likewise, it was nice meeting and looking forward to seeing you again.
