My wife works for Balfour, a ring company that makes High School Rings (if you have one, it probably came for her company) and they make Championship rings - Yankees, 49ers,
Cowboys, Mets, Giants, Rangers, Steelers... any team that won the World Series, Super Bowl or Stanley Cup has one of her units. If there is interest, I can have made a Prowler ring custom made, maybe the front of the car on the shanks (sides). We could have the word - Prowler or Prowler Club - on the base (that's the top) and something individual at the top of each side, usually a name, a date or anything that is eight charachters or less. The inside of the ring would have the individuals name engraved. There is a choice of stones and stone cuts. To do these in Celestrium (made of chromium, like our wheels, and stainless steel, looks like a highly polished silver but is harder, will not wear) would cost in the neighborhood of $170 each (that is her cost, it would cost $300 to cut the design of the Prowler or whatever it is we all want there, if there is enough interest, maybe we could amatorize the cost of that among the buyers). If this sounds like a fun idea, we could colaberate on a design for the shanks and the base. My email address is tomkehoe@optonline if anyone wants to explore this.
