ok folks,here"s the dilema,i can either ship my new ride 1500 miles or drive it back home? do i put the miles on it or do i trust somebody else to take care of my baby? can i survive 1500 miles, 3 days,trailer etc....give me some feedback my new trusty cat friends on your thoughts.steve.

If you can spare the time and the weather is going to be good, I would go pick it up and drive it home. I like to drive and I like to see the sights. Did you buy the car to drive it and enjoy it, OR to look at it. If you are going to just look at it, take a picture of it and then sell the car for a profit. Driving it is a LOT of fun and you are going to be amazed at the amount of attention it attracts. JOMO

I drove mine home (630 miles), the first day. Would do it all over again. Had a great time!!! Wanted to split the drive up, but needed to get back to work.

Steve - I drove my cat home back from Nebraska to Az - 1500 miles. Would do it again, as you get to know the car right away. Drive slow, pack light, and enjoy the attention you will get.

well if i can get out of vegas anytime soon,it looks like im going to be driving it,its what i really wanted to do anyway,and maybe the weather gods will be on my side,but if anyone has a good transportation recomendation i will be sure to look into it,any one got any idea of the cost,across country roughly???????thanks again for the input everyone.steve

if you use the car for what it is made for (driving). drive that baby home, it will be the funnest trip you ever had! this car is way too much fun to just look at!

Because of the crap on the road where I live I trailored it home if the roads and weather would have been good I would have drivin it that's why most of us buy them to drive them and see the country from a different persective JMO.
