If anyone is interested in purchasing a Yellow Prowler, they can now be ordered from any CP dealer.

Approximately 400 Prowlers will be built in this yellow color run and this could be the last run for the yellow.

Prices appear to be pretty attractive right now, so if you are interested in yellow, now would be the time to order!

Gold Prowlers are now ordered out and the dealers are looking for orders for the yellow.

I am really upset that they are going to run the yellow. again. They ran the yellow for 2 years and here they go again. They should run a color and then make it history.

I love the yellow, still have one...but I guess the obvious question is "why more" doesn't anyone there have any imagination or is this to justify the new 2-tone yellow Kat ??? where are all the colors we asked(begged)for and we keep getting recycled colors... I have owned 7 Kats but find nothing I want to buy right now colorwise and I am tired of asking DC...I have been looking at another Vette, they have 2 different reds at one time, HMMM what a concept...the Kat has lost it's excitement for now in my book...same car for years and now the same colors year after year....EXCITE ME and I will buy more Kats, but right now I am not interested...

CJ ... Noting personal, but let DC choke on these "new" yellow kats. I agree with TUIB's post ... no imagination? lots of left over paint? WHAT? Just drove by a dealer in Downers Grove, IL STILL has a 2000 yellow on is floor ... bet HE is thrilled to hear there are more of this "already run ... TWICE" color being run again. Give me a break -- DC ... trend setters as far as styling goes, BUT, lame when it comes to color.

In the past everyone said Yellow was the best. If that is true there should still be demand for it. I agree it would be nice to have more colors, but if it is a proven winner, why not go with it? Some of the owners of 99 Yellows might want to upgrade in order to get a little quicker car with a softer ride.

I have always promised to keep everyone as updated as possible with regard to the Prowler. I am only passing on current information.

I don't choose the colors or the color runs or make any of DC's decisions.

No bashing please........

CJ - agree on the NO bashing.

Question:
were those silvers in the holding tank at CAAP during our WDC plant tour, 2001's or 02's. One person is looking for a '02 silver. When you have time to check it out. Thanks

For the others: Appreciate the info that CJ posts here. Do not judge or direct remarks on DC decisions at her, as those are not her decisions, just passing on the information to our association.

I must respectively somewhat disagree. DC has confirmed that Candy Red is coming (a color asked for) and five more new colors. So it does not appear to me that they have totally turned a deaf ear. Hopefully there will be some good surprises in the 5 new colors. JMO

Keith, I promised a dark green metallic a long time ago. With the pull I have with the top brass at DC, it is a no brainer. PROBABLY NOT. How about a candy apple red chrome illusion that turns dark green metallic? or half and half.
