Thanks Tom Morris and the Northwest Prowler Owners for a good time. You're welcome for my efforts in wiping out entire species of insects while on my way to and from the Crater Lake Event. ------------------ This message has been edited by Larry Lord on 09-09-2001 at 11:47 PM |

FurrKitty Lord - How does it feel to hit something now??? I will never, EVER, let you forget it!!! You should have left that story untold, but then again, Julie would have emailed it to me anyway. Her and I are best of friends,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,since you blamed her for knocking your hat off in Arizona. Thanks Laddie, for bringing up the windowless car wash Lord is famous for ------------------ |

I will probably get flamed for this but the only good squirrel is a dead squirrel. To me its a rat with a bushy tail. If you have had them get into and damage your attic you would understand why I feel this way. Thank You Larry Lord aka Squirrelinater. ------------------ |

Larry you are not the first. I had the same experience about a week ago. The squirrel made it across then turned to go back. He stopped in line with my left wheel. I figured he would move so I just kept my same tracking. No such luck. I hear a little bump… bump. Squirrels are very smart animals so I have heard, but not so good at crossing the street, I guess. I recently heard the same story about a squirrel crossing a street that a comedian did recently. I guess we should feel better others have had the same experience. They just don't get it, I guess, on how to cross a road. Actually I have seen cats do the same thing. They make it across, then see the car coming, and cross back in front of you. I don't think I have ever run over an animal before. Funny you and I did it a week apart. At least we will have something for lunch tomorrow. I had a beautiful yellow butterfly on my front bumper, which added to my cat's looks, that I discovered when I stopped for gas. I had a good time meeting the Northwest Prowler Owners also. Come down to California any time you can you guys. ------------------ |

I don't know about the King of the Road losing control of his cat and killing small furry animals. Then again he does lose a lot of stuff when he drives. Lets see he lost 1. Julie on Rt 66 2. His hat on I17 3. His 4h of July Parade decoration in Deadwood. 4. His window in a car wash Get a grip LL. XOXOXOXOX ------------------ |
