Thanks for sharing, you most definetly made those boys very happy. I did the same for a boy who approached me and asked if I'd take his picture standing next to my Kat. CJ was there, and said "Let him sit in it Alex". With no hesitation, I told the boy to get in the drivers seat. I took his picture in the drivers seat and I'm sure he has it on his bedroom wall to show all his friends. The Prowler is a special car for special people. Sharing is the fun part for us. I've had my cat for 3 years and I have to tell you that those experiences and the feelings that go with them never diminish. It has never bothered me when anyone asks me about the car, if they can look, etc.......for me, it's a perk. Life is good. |

Alex was very gracious to let that teenage boy sit in his cat. The boy really liked the orange, that's why he chose Alex's cat to get his pic with. Sitting in that cat, the boy looked like he'd died and gone to heaven! Hmmm, come to think of it, we were close enough! We were on top of Trail Ridge Road at over 13,000 feet!! You could see the kid's head reeling.........Prowler....... Way to go, Alex! ------------------ Classic/Beautiful - I'm referring to the Cat of course! |

I have allowed a number of people to sit in the Cat. Some for pictures, some just to sit. I know when I was a kid, I got turned away more than once by adults that didn't want kids near their cars. I swore I would never do that. ------------------ |

Yup it's hard to say no to some young person that is so pumped up seeing the car and having you take the time to tell them all about it. I've lost count of how many kids I've let sit in the Kat so far. When my 11 yr old grand daughter asked me if I'd come and pick her up from school one day man in the prowler, man I think there was 100 kids all asking me questions all at the same time and all I was doing was looking for the boy friend lol. Not to many cars get the attention our Kat's do that's for sure. But of course having a RED 99 really gives us the edge in that deptment lol...... PK |
