Two day ago, my girl, Ophie took the Black Kat in for an Oil change at Star Chrsyler in Glendale. She was yelled at by the man taking the cars in for service ( I suspect it was Scott but she did not get the name) for being late, after waiting 15 minutes to be waited on! Walked into the show room, to be promptly ignored... waited THREE HOURS for the car for an OIL CHANGE. I called to see what was up and told her to just get the car and forget it when I found out they were "still working on it". When told them to just bring her the car... they were, oh, it's been done. No one even had the curtesy to let her know. All this after driving 45 minutes to get there! I'll be trying Cliff's dealership next... but, any more treatment like this... and I won't be owning any more Prowler's!

Thats the same dealership that hung up the phone on me when I told them I didn't want to pay over sticker for my kat. My techs name is Bart. The dealership is Fillmore Crown Chrysler Dodge. Their phone number is 805-524-2277.

Let me know if you are going in next week because I have to take my kat in for its 6K and Bart can do both at the same time. I can call on Monday and see what day will be best for them.
