You know, these dealers are no jerks. They've raised the art of manipulation to a new level. They could get a shill to bump up the price or buy it back for them .I have a friend that sells on E Bay that does it all the time. ------------------ |

248 miles is A LOT of miles to have on a new car in a show room - especially one that doesn't get to be test driven. Regarding e-bay sales - I always just put a cap on what I will spend and if it goes over... next time. Have never bought a car through ebay though. ------------------ |

Cliff, I didn't buy my Cat through E-Bay, but did a private deal with the seller after I saw it there. It's really depressing seeing the Prowler prices in the dumper. Lots of good appearing deals out there. Yellow trailer , used for $2500-2 days left. ------------------ |

I'm in the process of ordering a 02'. So far the low bid is $2250 off MSRP....... but I'm still trying... That E-Bay deal is tempting..... but lets be honest here.... there must be something up. I had a dealer offer me a new 01' ME Blue for $42.5k.... but I'm not ready just yet. But I could be for 36k....LOL ------------------ |

You know, looking around yesterday I saw a lot of sweet deals on Cats. Most owners take care of them and just got hit in the money crunch I bet. You could save a bunch with a used Cat and an extended warranty. I would have done this when I bought if the opportunity was available at the time. ------------------ |
