Am I reading this wrong or is it true?

I believe the manual puts maximum vehicle capacity at 375 pounds. Now I am what some may consider a bit overweight (actually I am just short for my weight is the way i would like to think) but 2 adults at 375? Please tell me i am misreading this.

If not, I better request a really skinny girlfriend at Home Depot.

Anyone else exceed wt limit (alone or with passengers)?
Why such a limit?(handling?low ride ht?welds?)
please rest my mind at ease.

thanks
Bob

Well I guess we have to loose weight or sell the Kat! NOT! Considering I'm 300# of the 375 limit, never had a problem.

I think they put that in so we would not over load the trunk with beer!!! LOL

I weigh a shade over 300lbs and have had people of equal size out for a ride and never had any problems, just had to take 2 cases of that Canadian beer out of the trunk.

Have fun and don't worry.
