Just finished installing the Orange Street glow neon lights, and when it came to running the switch wires through the firewall I got stuck. Can someone tell me where I can sneek a couple wires through, I don't want to drill.

Lights look awesome at night!!!

I ran a positive lead wire for my stereo through the kickpanel on the driver's side. If you remove the plastic kick panel by the driver's left foot and the side exterior engine body panel, you can snake a wire through the hole by the firewall. What's nice is there is a positive terminal on the driver's side of the engine compartment behind the body panel. This is where is connected my positive lead. I don't know if you need that for you installation, but it helped me from having to run a wire all the way to the battery in the front

Alex, make sure any hole is watertight. I had an alarm installed in my car in 1994 and they apparently pulled out a wiring harness grommet and I had all kinds of water problems. They replaced the carpetting and I had more water leaks. They finally found it after about 6 tries. It doesn't take much of a hole to let water in.

When I installed my ground effect lighting, I took off the passenger side front panel, and routed the wires through the firewall grommet with an existing wire bundle.

Alex,

How did you mount the side tubes. I bought a set about 6 weeks ago and have not installed them because I did not feel I could get them mounted up high enough under the car. Some advice would be helpful

First and foremost, thanks for the tip of removing the drivers side panel...worked like a charm. There is a rubber grommet there that I drilled a small hole in and ran the wires into the cab .... PERFECT!!!!

Ken,
I hung all the lights with wire 12" ties. The side lights go up snug to the under body and if you look you will fine places where you can run a wire tie through and secure the lights. Total install took about 2-3 hours.

If you want to call to get more info feel free, 303 657-0717 or 303 809-3986. It really helped getting the car up on jacks front and rear. It gave me about 15 inches to roll aroung on the creeper and do the work.
