Have any of you noticed that when you look directly at the front of your car the wheels are going slightly in different directions. I have noticed this on all cats...The allignment is correct and it's normal. ------------------ |

Sure it's not an optical illusion because of the tapered nose? ------------------ |

As far as I know, only dirt cars use toe-out. Any-one have the toe specs? My manual is with the Cat in Jersey ------------------ |

hey now, did you know that the fenders can be as much as 1/2" off in the height of the rear edge where the mud flap bolts on??? I had one side (right) that would scrub every time I pulled on my driveway. So after finding that the fenders are riveted to the fender support bracket, I just trimmed the one side so now they even look even. Got to remember, these cars are mass produced and tolerance's are not as tight as most would like.............. ------------------ |

Hey Fatman, if you have a 2000, I know there was a batch of brackets on that were made incorrectly and I know at least 2 Prowlers in Northern California had them replaced under warranty. ------------------ |

I just checked and the correct toe-in on fronts and rears is 1/10 of an inch total. The prob for me is my guy only has capability for 18" rims max and the spotters have to be mounted on both F&R to line the car up. (20" rear rims) ------------------ |
