SF, we're OK here... right at 19" of rain as of 1:00pm today (on my rain guage) & that's since early am Wednesday... still raining. Some other folks haven't been as lucky...

No prowling will be going on here for a while. Prowler in safe place in storage however river rising daily. It's over the dock now and up into the back yard a little, however we have about 5 more feet to go before it hits the house. Don't think that will happen but we are still praying. Thanks for asking.

We survived unscathed. Water rose about 5' but, it would have had to have risen another 15' just to hit my foundation (we live on the water).

Just sat back, took it easy and watched a bunch of movies with the wife and kiddo's.

Others did not fair as well. 17 died in Houston (most drowned) and the carnage on freeways was right out of a war scene. Sources say this was a 500 year flood as it was well out of the 100 year flood range.

Local Red Cross's need money and volunteers. I'm giving them both today.
