Again, have people not had problems with these type of bulbs in the past?????

I purchased some but have not installed them yet. I would like to know if there are any issues.

I have read about someone having the sockets burn but after talking to several places that handle them, they have stated they are not aware of any such problems. At one shop near me the tech says he has them in for over a year and had no problem with heat from them.

Of course nothing is going to be perfect but I've ordered mine and I guess I'll see.
